Batch Cash Out Instructions

To proceed with your PESO batch cash out, you would need to create a CSV file that contains field requirements specific to each cash out type. Please see instructions below:

  1. For Standard and PESONet cash out

  • currency: currency for PESO is PHP

  • amount: The expected amount of fiat currency to cash out, including fees. Please see Appendix at the end of the page for the complete list of fees.

  • payment_outlet: Please note that payment_outlet is different for each cash out type. See this link for the complete list: https://docs.coins.asia/docs/bank-cash-out-outlet-ids

  • pay_with_wallet: PBTC

  • bank_account_name

  • bank_account_number

  • external_transaction_id: Must be unique for each entry. Required to prevent double submits. Naming convention is dependent on the sender’s preference, but we recommend placing specific details as much as possible. (Ex: May 16 Payout_1)

  • target_address: registered Coins.ph mobile number or email address of the recipient

Additional Sender Fields for Remittance Partners
Due to local regulatory requirements, remittance companies are required to provide personal details of the original sender of funds. Additional information is required when sending a batch cash out. Please add the following columns in your CSV file:

  • sender_company_name
  • sender_first_name
  • sender_middle_name
  • sender_last_name
  • sender_address
  • sender_city
  • sender_province
  • sender_postal_code
  • sender_country
  • sender_phone
  • Sender_email

Note: Use only one type of payment outlet per CSV file to avoid any errors. Prepare new CSV files for transactions under different outlets.
